Spreadcamp is a new Independent Video Game Developer from Germany.
It was started in 2011 as a one-man Team led by Rainer “Ray” Liessem in order to have a platform where he could release his first game, “Space Madness”
Since then the Team has expanded to 3 People with several projects in the works. We now have a Programmer, a 3D Guy and a Musician. There’s a few positions missing, as is natural with many Indie Developers, but we are a very flexible and versatile bunch of guys so we do our best with the means we have.
We develop because it is our passion. We just miss the times when Games still were Fun, when bold new Ideas were well received, and when things just had more heart.
We are developing to bring this back to the world. We develop with heart, no matter the hardships that we have to go through to accomplish it. We have minimal funding like so many other Indie Developers, but that is not stopping us from bringing you the Games that you know you want: Games with heart.
We do not restrict ourselves to one Genre. We have a passion for Adventure Games, but that doesn’t mean we won’t try other new things. We have many unannounced Games in Lineup right now that range from Platforming to Racing, and we look forward to releasing them to the public soon.
In 2012 we also expanded to bring Assets to other Developers. We want to share the things we produce, and it helps us to aquire more funding for future games.
The future looks bright, and we hope you will stick with us, support us, but most importantly: Enjoy our Work.
