General Questions

How secure is it to make a purchase from you?

How will my personal data be used?

Your privacy is important to us. Any information we receive from you is considered private and will not be made available to 3rd partys. We will not enter you in mailing lists. Please Note: Sometimes you can choose to make private informations public, such as in your forum profile. The data you enter there and the visibility settings you choose all are your sole responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any harmful results that may or may not happen through such disclosed information. The only private informations that will be visible by the public is the one that you chose to be displayed yourself. We will never disclose your personal information on our own.

My download link expired after my purchase

Contact us and provide us with your order information (the one you received upon your purchase) and we will work it out. Alternatively you can contact our Payment Processor BMT Micro directly.

What does “DRM-Free” mean?

Whenever you see the “100% DRM-Free” notice on one of our games, it means that you can make as many copies you want for private use without the hazzle of a copy protection that nests itself deep into your system or limits the amounts of installations. We understand the many reasons for piracy and believe restrictions on honest customers are not the way to deal with it.

We only ask of you to still respect our copyright on our games, meaning that you do not distribute our game for free by uploading it to the Internet. You also are not allowed to sell copies you made of our game or profit from them commercially in any other way unless you have written permission by us.

We trust in you to respect these rules, showing us and the world that piracy has not to be feared and consumer freedom should be embraced. You can make a difference starting here, because we will write follow-ups after a games release detailing sales and piracy and if our conclusions are positive this could motivate other developers to do the same in the future.

Can I run your games on my system?

Each of our games has different hardware requirements. Please refer to the product page of the game you’re interested in and compare the hardware requirements listed there with your own. Also make sure the listed Platform matches yours, if a Game lists “Windows” then that means it won’t run on a Mac!

I got trouble running your game, what do I do?

For technical questions we recommend using the forums. If you need more privacy contact us directly and we will help you as soon as possible.

Space Madness Specific Questions

The Game does not start when I try to play it in Fullscreen Resolution

Unfortunately the engine the game was built with does not support down-scaling. This means if your computers display resolution is lower than the games resolution of 1280×720, you will not be able to start the game. Instead the game should run in windowed mode automatically. If you feel this does not cover your problem, or your problem differs, please feel free to contact us directly and state your problem with all details. We’d be glad to help you.

Parts of the Game are not visible, why is that?

If your computers display resolution is lower than the games resolution of 1280×720, there might be parts cut-off when playing on lower resolutions. Unfortunately the engine the game was built with does not support down-scaling, which means for technical reasons, there is no real solution to this other than playing the game on a display device that supports at least 1280×720 pixels or higher.

The Game appears less sharp and/or stretched in full screen mode

If you are using a display with a higher native resolution than 1280×720 pixels, the game will try to interpolate the lower resolution in order to fit it to the full size of the display. When a display device does this the overall quality will weaken and the picture might appear less sharp and/or stretched.

Solution: Launch the Settings from the start menu and check the “Maintain Resolution” checkbox. The Game then will maintain its default resolution and fill the empty areas around the game with black borders. This way the game can stay as sharp as it was desired to be and will not stretch.

I’m stuck in the Game, what now?

You could ask for help in our forums. Maybe other users solved the puzzle you are stuck at already, too :)

Where is my save game folder located?

Since we move Unlockables to your save game folder, you may be wondering where exactly the save game folder is located. Save games are stored in your personal folder which is located on:

Windows XP and earlier: Inside your “Documents” folder
Windows Vista / Win7 and higher: In your “Saved Games” folder
